The music ministry of Parma-South strives to discover, develop, and encourage excellence in the artistic talent of this congregation.
The Chancel Choir is open to adults and high school students. The choir leads Sunday morning worship at the 10:30am Traditional Worship Service and presents special music at all church holidays. They sing a variety of music, including classical sacred, traditional hymn arrangements, and contemporary praise and worship music. The Chancel Choir rehearses from 7:00- 8:00 pm on Thursdays in the Sanctuary. The Carillon Bell Choir is an English Handbell Choir. It is open to adults and young adults who read music and are interested in "ringing" praises. The choir practices every Thursday, September through May at 6:00pm in the Bell Room. Practices are one hour to one hour and twenty minutes long. They play for worship services one Sunday a month. New ringers are always welcome. Prior ringing experience is not necessary.
