Parma-South Quilters make charity baby quilts for various organizations that give layettes to new mothers.  The quilters meet at 9:30 AM on the 3rd Thursday to assemble the quilts.  Most of the 42" square tops are made by the quilters at home, but occasionaly a Thursday is devoted to piecing tops.  Volunteers should bring a lunch; dessert will be provided.  Sewing skills or sewing machines are not required, as there are pinning, trimming, and turning jobs as well.  For more information about this group and location of meetings, contact Ruth or Carol at (440) 845-5522.
